The Woof Patch – Terms of Use & Waiver

By booking and using The Woof Patch, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the Park
   The Woof Patch is a private hire dog exercise field intended for personal recreational use. Access is by advance booking only and use of the field is entirely at the owner's risk.

2. Responsibility for Dogs
   Dog owners remain fully responsible for the behaviour, supervision, and control of their dogs at all times while using the field. Dogs must never be left unattended.

3. Health & Vaccinations
   All dogs attending The Woof Patch must be healthy and up to date with routine vaccinations. Owners must not bring dogs showing signs of illness or contagious conditions.

4. Fence & Security
   While The Woof Patch is securely enclosed with fencing approximately 4.7 – 5ft in height, no fencing system can be considered completely escape-proof. Owners are responsible for ensuring the field is suitable for their dog's behaviour, recall, and jumping ability at all times.

5. Livestock & Rural Environment
   The Woof Patch is located in a rural countryside setting and livestock, wildlife, machinery, walkers, or other environmental distractions may occasionally be visible or audible from surrounding areas. Owners are responsible for assessing whether the environment is appropriate for their dog.

6. Secure Entry & Exit
   Users must ensure gates are securely closed both on entry and exit. Access codes must not be shared with others.

7. Timekeeping
   Please arrive and leave within your allocated booking time to allow safe separation between users and dogs. Late departures may impact subsequent bookings.

8. Children
   Children are welcome but must remain supervised by an adult at all times.

9. Waste & Cleanliness
   Bins are provided. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and disposing of waste appropriately. Please leave the field as you found it.

10. Natural Field Environment
    The Woof Patch is a rural outdoor field overlooking the Blessington Lakes. Users should expect natural countryside terrain, including uneven ground, mud, long grass, stones, and changing weather conditions. While every effort is made to maintain a safe and secure environment, users should exercise appropriate care at all times.

11. Liability
    While every effort is made to provide a secure enclosed space, The Woof Patch and its owners accept no liability for:

• injury or loss to persons, dogs, or property;

• dog escapes;

• accidents occurring while using the field;

• damage caused by other users or animals.

Use of the field is entirely at the user's own risk

12. Right to Refuse or Cancel Bookings

The Woof Patch reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate bookings at its discretion where necessary for safety, security, maintenance, misuse of the facility, breach of these terms, inappropriate behaviour, or any other reasonable operational concern.

13. CCTV & Security

For safety and security purposes, CCTV monitoring may be in operation at The Woof Patch. By entering the property, users acknowledge that video footage may be recorded in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
